Our club

The clubhouse
Our home on Wilmot Road has served the Huon Valley since 1948. The flag is raised each morning by the duty steward and lowered at close.

The lounge bar
Timber bar, brass rail and the honour boards. Open from 3pm weekdays and midday on weekends.

The function room
Set for Wednesday bingo and available to members for wakes, birthdays and community meetings.

The bistro
Home of the Sunday roast. Two courses, bookings taken at the bar up to midday Saturday.

The games room
Tuesday night darts, the chalk scoreboard and eighty years of club silverware in the cabinet.

ANZAC Day
Members march to the Huonville Cenotaph each 25 April, followed by the gunfire breakfast back at the club.

Life member since 2004. Looks after the register, renewals and correspondence.
David Brennan
Club Manager
Runs the bar, bistro and functions, and keeps the events calendar up to date.

Treasurer
Twenty years on the committee. Handles fees, banking and the annual report.
Barry Ollington
Darts Convenor
Organises the Tuesday competition and the inter-club season against Cygnet and Geeveston.

Korea veteran and life member. Leads the ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day services.

Catering, raffles and the Wednesday afternoon tea that keeps bingo running.
